About me
I got my degree in interpreting and philosophy. I was born in the Czech Republic and spent some time in France and the USA. I completed legal translation courses and worked for 3 years in a law firm. I keep learning and am happy to learn new things from various fields.
I have interpreted at film festivals such as the French Film Festival, Febiofest and Ji.hlava, at conferences and at adaptation/integration courses for newcomers to help them settle in the Czech Republic. I also have experience with other settings, such as interpreting in a paper factory.
I have translated European legislation texts and contracts, as well as media articles for Marie Claire, film subtitles for festivals, and a book about education into Czech.
I carefully prepare and study terminology for each interpreting job to provide a flawless interpretation for clients so they can understand each other perfectly.
I am currently based in the Czech Republic.
